Requirements:
Advanced level of German language, good level of English
Experience on similar position or experience in SSC/ BPO
Very good knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel is required)
Knowledge of SAP will be an advantage
University Degree: Accounting/ Finance/ Economic preffered
Responsibilities:
Timely and professional response on queries regarding Accounts Payable: via e-mail, via phone (20% of volume), via other channels (e.g. post)
Direct phone contactcs with vendors and employees from client
Registering the queries in CRM application
Active troubleshooting to identify the issue root causes and based on that: proper ticket categorization and tracking or redirecting to proper backoffice
Cooperation with back office teams and Client’s business units to solve the query
Ensure client satisfaction and operational results (SLA) by: providing accurate and complete information within agreed timings, ensuring effective communication between all parties involved, client-oriented and professional communication
