Service Desk Agent with German and English

Requirements:

  • Advanced level of German language, good level of English
  • Experience on similar position or experience in SSC/ BPO
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel is required)
  • Knowledge of SAP will be an advantage
  • University Degree: Accounting/ Finance/ Economic preffered

Responsibilities:

  • Timely and professional response on queries regarding Accounts Payable: via e-mail, via phone (20% of volume), via other channels (e.g. post)
  • Direct phone contactcs with vendors and employees from client
  • Registering the queries in CRM application
  • Active troubleshooting to identify the issue root causes and based on that: proper ticket categorization and tracking or redirecting to proper backoffice
  • Cooperation with back office teams and Client’s business units to solve the query
  • Ensure client satisfaction and operational results (SLA) by: providing accurate and complete information within agreed timings, ensuring effective communication between all parties involved, client-oriented and professional communication
