Requirements:
Knowledge of ITIL (foundation level as a minimum requirement, Service Design, Service Transition)
ServiceNow and SharePoint knowledge
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Understanding of IT systems and processes

Responsibilities:
Capture and analyze incoming requests, requirements, and produce agreed artifacts
Assist customers in understanding and translation of their needs
Ensure the integrity and availability of appropriate information and data required for the design and onboarding
Ensure timely delivery of respective documentation
Support services, enabling a seamless transition from products to services
Help develop and maintain documentation: standard, procedures, artifacts & templates
