Information and Analytics Services, Workplace Services, etc., we are looking for a candidate who will be responsible for managing a team of operation resources, willing to take a job for 18 months from now.
Job description:
- Manage P2P & R2R operations between country and CG for Russia & Ukraine.
- Manage stakeholders and third party service provider.
- Provide accounting axpertise to Country and 3PSP to ensure that transactions are recorded accurately & correctly.
- Responsible for meeting KPIs and communicating the SLA and KPIs every month to country teams with improvements actions.
- Ownership of the service governance framework between country teams and CG.
- Responsible for continuous improvement and process efficiences.
- Responsible from integrity of financial operating model & tools.
- Ensure alignment of processes with Global Process Models and controls with Global Controls framework for the services under the scope (for P2P and R2R).
- Perform analysis and interpretation of accounting records for ensuring data correctness, quality and fair representation of business events.
- Analyse difficult processes in countries and suggest solutions aligned with company model.
- Identify opportunities to improve process efficiencies with solutions.
- Design and execute the ways to deliver metrics for Russia and Ukraine together with country & CG teams.
- Cooperate with internal and external auditors to ensure timely query resolution and delivery of audit samples & queries.
- Take responsibility to undertake training in personal development and seek to understand communication of changes impacting the role, requesting further clarification where needed.
Requirements:
- University Graduate / Qualified accountant.
- Good knowledge of IFRS and Financial Accounting skills.
- 5-7 years of experience in finance with 3-5 years of relevant leadership experience in finance systems and processes or business partnering.
- Strong knowledge of key finance processes and in P2P and R2R area, knowledge of procurement processes preferred.
- Service Delivery experience is an asset.
- Demonstrated track record of excellent service delivery, fast reaction and crisis management.
- Embedding a service excellence mind set and focusing on client and user needs.
- Effective communications both written and oral in English.
- Ability to apply professional knowledge in accounting provisions, accounting principles, preparation, audit and disclosure requirements to make appropriate judgements and recommend solutions.
