For our Client, an international organization specialized in the area of medical device, clinical solutions and innovations dedicated to radiation therapy, radiosurgery and brachytherapy, we are looking for candidates for a position of Service Contract Administration Specialist with German
Candidate will join the newly created team in the structure of Shared Service. Hired person will be a part of Service Operation Team responsible for Service Contract Administration, he/she will maintain administration activities to ensure proper running of operations related to Business Units Field Service activities in one of country from EMEA region. Range of tasks contains: Qualify Contract level & Installed Base, Service Agreement Creation in CLM, Service Agreement Invoicing, Service Contract Up-date of new Install Base items, Install Base management – Install products Up-date and report creation.
We require 3 years of experience on a similar position in companies from the area of life science, healthcare or others from technical sector, excellent knowledge of English, additionally French or/and German will be an asset, higher education in the area of technical science, administration, economics, logistic. We expect working knowledge of SAP, Movex or other data system management and also working knowledge of SALESFORCE/ SERVICE MAX systems. We are looking for a person who would like to develop his/her career in a dynamic organisation with stable position on the international market, willing to use the possibility of creating processess and introducing improvements and willing to have an impact on how the team performs.
Our Client offers the salary of 6000 – 8000 PLN gross, medical care, life insurance and sport card.
