For our client, an international company located in Warsaw, We are currently looking for Senior Vendor Master Data Analyst
Your new role
You will be responsible for reviewing existing data for completeness, accuracy and continuous improvement opportunities, identifying opportunities for increased accuracy, efficiencies, standardization and rationalisation of vendor master data and actively cooperating with PTP GPO on VMD process improvement. On Daily basis You will identify process improvement opportunities, stabilise VMD processes after go-live, ensure accuracy of local requirements, proper storage of Tax documentation and validation and proper storage of Banking information. You will also meet and exceed Service Level Agreements regarding timeliness of processing Vendor Master Data requests, identify and lead vendor data cleansing activities as well as actively work with core team members, internal customers/business partners, and distribution team members to build effective working relationships. Performing SOX controls, reviewing incoming requests for completeness and accuracy and auditing data upon entry will also be your responsibility.
What you'll need to succeed
You need a Degree in Business and/or Accounting (or equivalent work experience). Min. 3 years’ experience in Vendor Master Data, PTP in SSC/BPO environment. Knowledge of SAP ERP system, MS Office tools and proficiency in English is a must. Knowledge of Ariba Supplier Lifecycle Management and Performance and ServiceNow would be a big advantage. Knowledge of Spanish would also be an asset. You also need to have the Vendor Master end to end experience, ability to take ownership, think independently and perform tasks with minimal supervision, ability to work in global team environment and communicate effectively with both internal business partners of all levels & disciplines as well as ability to identify, explain, and resolve complex data issues.
