For our Client, a company that designs, develops and delivers services and solutions for healthcare providers, we are looking for UI/UX Designer.
Your new role
Working as a UI/UX Designer you will:
- Work as part of a UI/UX team to drive the design of appealing and compelling user experiences across programs
- Liaise with users and other stakeholders to understand the user journey, motivations and vulnerabilities of patients and medical staff using our products
- Contribute to the design of apps and services that engage users
- Networking with external experts to stay on the cutting edge of what’s new in technology and user experience, identifying opportunities to and experimenting with applying new technologies and interaction patterns to customer problems
- Clearly and persuasively communicate, specify, and describe design concepts, solutions, and needs to senior executives
- Drive design from initial concept through final implementation
- Illustrate design direction through excellent communication and storytelling
- Understand how to advocate for customers and integrate user research into the product development process
What you'll need to succeed
- 3+ years of experience as a UI designer, interaction designer or similar role
- Experience in participating and delivering full life cycle design projects, from design strategy through execution
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills including the ability to communicate complex, interactive design concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and ability to work in both international and multifunctional teams
- Solid experience with Adobe Creative Suite / experience with Figma, Zeplin and Sketch will be a plus
- Experience in design for a variety of form factors including: iOS, Android, Tablet and desktop
- Familiarity with the technical considerations needed when designing for the web and web-based devices
- Wearable interface projects will be a plus
- Experience in creating designs that meet business objectives
- Extreme attention to detail and pixel perfect approach to almost everything
- Ability to follow various, project-based processes
