Senior UI Developer
Location: WroclawOur program is focused on the implementation of SW services for the wealth management sector. We involved in the development of a wide list of investment products for individual Clients and for Companies from the US as well: investment portfolio management, fin advising, trading processing, access to equity and capital markets, etc. Currently, we have teams across several locations (Weehawken US, Wroclaw Poland) on those projects and develop approach architecture/tech design/framework for rewriting platform (applications aggregator) using the modern tech stack
In the scope of the vacancy, we are looking for UI specialist who will join our Advisory product family. The main focus of the project is the digital platform, which allows Financial Advisors (FA) to manage individual Clients. The application provides detailed information about the Client's accounts, amount of assets, the performance of portfolio, currency, financial strategy, and goals. Based on that data FA preppers specific and customized offers for the Clients according to their needs
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Write clean code using modern engineering practices
- Cover own code with tests
- Participate in backlog refinement, planning, and demos
- Perform code reviews
- Clarify the requirements with stakeholders
- Participate in solution architecture design and implementation
SKILLS
MUST
- Strong technical background in frontend development
- Experienced with JavaScript and at least one of UI frameworks (preferably ReactJS)
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS
NICE TO HAVE
- Full-stack experience is a significant plus
- TDD experience
- Experienced with one of JavaScript frameworks: Ext JS, VueJS
- Ability to write clean self-describing code
- Ability to cover code by unit tests
- Ability to understand business and functional requirements specification
- Strong practice of code reviews
- Understanding of financial services and solid experience in development/maintenance of distributed systems
