Senior Transfer Pricing Manager
The person on this role will be responsible for Operational Transfer Pricing (OTP) processes and supporting compliance with statutory accounting and tax obligations. Leading a team of 4 and leveraging OTP technology, that will include limited risk entity transfer price positions and hub recharges.

Description
- Ensuring the integrity of the integrated OTP system
- Transfer Pricing process execution
- Team Management
- Stakeholder Analysis & Change - Manage stakeholder relationships in Plan, Gather, Analyse and support the Group Tax OTP Ass Director in stakeholder relationships.
- Preparation of Segmented P&L - Understand the P&L and how it interacts with the OTP recharge processes.
- Responsible for translating new requirements (from policy, business change continuous improvement) into updated process design to provide to IT to implement changes in the OTP system.
- Training and Documentation - Responsible for ensuring comprehensive documentation in place to execute the processes in the OTP system. Includes standard operating procedures, process controls, confirmations on adherence to key Transfer Pricing design principles.
- Close collaboration with Hub Recharges lead
Profile
- A Financial accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, ACMA equivalent)
- Proven experience of a leadership role in a operational transfer pricing or cost allocation
- Proven experience of working with complex integrated systems and data
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience of managing cross functional teams
- Experience of managing high levels of risk
- Operational transfer pricing execution
- Tax Technical Transfer Pricing policy management
