Your new role
As a Senior Test Lead you will be responsible for defining testing processes, ensuring tests adhere to established standards and leading testing activities on multi-platform environments, larger and cross-functional projects. Moreover, you will be participating in quality assurance plan development and reviewing analysis. Preparing training, test documentation for the test team assigned to the project and supervising senior testing specialists will be also your daily duties. Furthermore, you will be acting as the single point of contact for testing related activities through all project phases and managing all aspects of testing to include system integration, performance validation and test automation.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in testing and quality assurance activities within the banking and finance industry. What’s more, understanding of the System Development Lifecycle and good knowledge in banking and asset finance business processes and infrastructure. Extensive troubleshooting and problem solving skills as well as fluent English and good communication skills are also required. We are looking for inspiring leader developing confidence and trust internally and externally.
