We are looking for a Candidate already experienced in Personnel Learning & Developmentarea with a focus on process implementation and HR background. You need to speak fluent English and present team player attitude together with very good communication and time management skills.

- Design and implementation of personnel development processes,
- Taking part in implementation of a new training platform
- Coordination of L&D initiatives such as talent management program, internship projects
- Evaluation of the efficiency of the trainings, monitoring the training budget
- Cooperation with managers and employees to identify their training needs
- Management of internal and external partners
