For our client, leader in provisioning IT Support services we are currently looking for seasoned Support Engineers to join green field project for one of freshly acquired customers.
Your new role
Holding the position of the Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and respond to incoming inquiries in the area application support (Problem diagnostics, issue resolving). You will actively support remotely users within EMEA region.
Your responsibilities will consist also of: customers environments replications (in search of defects), testing, organizing and reporting progress of on-going issues on daily basis, providing training for internal support staff, etc.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful candidate you need to hold IT related education and/or corresponding professional experience in the IT environment combined with advanced communication skills in English(C1) and German(C1). You need to have advanced knowledge of Networking - practical application of technologies, protocols, and related standards including TCP/IP, HTTP, HTTPS, XML, LAN, WAN, Routers. Knowledge of Active Directory, Load Balancers and various databases is preferred. Familiarity with Citrix XenApp VMware will be highly appreciated. We would like to see that you have great analytical, troubleshooting and team working skills
