Our client is a professional Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical organization, based in Noord-Holland Netherlands.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
As the Senior Logistical Manager you will be responsible to support the European distribution strategy for launching personalized therapy, managing warehousing, transportation activities and the service partners & suppliers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As the Senior Logistical Manager you will execute invoicing and intercompany flows and you will be collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout Europe and the US including Commercial Operations, Technical Operations, Quality and Finance to accomplish the client’s objectives for product launch and lifecycle management. Next to that you will also be responsible for:
-Collaborating with cross-functional teams with the implementation of the European distribution strategy
-Support with the logistical suppliers on managing performance and on daily basis and reporting
-Identify improvements on operational level and lead the implementation of these improvements
-Close cooperation with the European QA team to ensure GMP compliance in the European Supply Chain
-Manage related business processes and systems
REQUIREMENTS
-MSc degree with 10+ years or a BSc degree with 15+ years of relevant experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry
-Experience in product launches in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry
-Proven knowledge of GMP, SOPs and quality processes
-Able to lead the Customer Service
-Proficient in MSS Word, Excel PowerPoint and other applications
-Proven experience in warehousing activities under GMP conditions
-Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
