This company has been actively building its department in Poland over the last few years and is looking to expand it even more.


What We Do

We are responsible for building, maintaining and distribution of Client, Product, Securities and Reference Enterprise Masters. We provide quality, timely and customized easy access to data to the shared services as well as to all lines of businesses. We collaborate with the data management teams on on-going product development and data operating models. We work very closely with the Enterprise architecture group on data modelling and architecture. The group is responsible for retiring legacy line of business specific data masters and building universal consolidated data masters and work with the CDO office and the nine businesses for its adoption.

The group is seeking a senior business analyst with 5-8 years of experience, either in the enterprise client/product/reference data space or with the enterprise programs such as, CRM, Client Onboarding, Contract Life Cycle Mgmt requiring data from the masters to support various service/sales workflows and an ability to provide a holistic client 360 view.


Successful Candidate Will

  • Develop domain knowledge for Client, Product, Securities and Reference Masters, ability to articulate its features and capabilities
  • Work closely with stakeholders and product owners, to understand their workflows and data needs and translate those into specifications for the masters
  • Analyze, challenge and validate business requirements and define and document detailed functional specifications, acceptance criteria and identify platform gaps if any
  • Document user stories, business rules, process flows where applicable and work closely with the data modelers on designing the data models where applicable
  • Work alongside product owners to prioritize work for the development teams
  • Work with the technology team to ensure technical solution & what’s delivered aligns to the agreed functional requirements & features
  • Lead user acceptance testing efforts and ensure acceptance criteria are met, follow the data governance process and escalate appropriately to the data owners for continuous improvement of the data quality
  • Act as the go between the product/business and technology teams


  Qualifications/Skills

  • Client-first mindset, experience working in a matrix organization, ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and product owners
  • Experience in analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional requirements, comfortable analyzing data from various masters, partner with product owners, data modelers and developers on the right solution
  • Proactive, self-starter with excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment
  • High degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability
  • Ability to think creatively to solve complex problems
  • Sound judgement on criticality and appropriate escalations


Education, Experience, And Licensing Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5-8 years of relevant work experience
  • Working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Sharepoint, MS Office and Visio
  • Working knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, Qlikview preferred
  • Data modeling experience desired
  • Financial Services experience desired, specifically in the CRM, KYC, Client On-boarding space
  • Agile experience must
