Senior RTR Manager
The role of Senior RTR Manager will be a new position within the organisation. It assumes close liaison with Director and Head of RTR. The person will be a direct supervisor for two managers responsible for 50 people department.

Our client is a global manufacturing company, whose Business Centre is located 20 km from Katowice. They are a leader in metal industry, key exporter and expert in the area.
Description
- Supporting Team in performing unstandardized accounting issues
- Act as a single point of contact for the client, in scope, in troubleshooting and resolving all issues arising from delivery-related activities
- Close cooperation with subcontractor to keep stabilization of processes transferred
- Ensure implementation of best practices in the areas of People, Process, Technology and Controls
- Ensuring Key Performance Indicators are met with the pre-defined objectives and defining tasks to ensure delivery of services to assigned business partners in accordance with Service Level Agreements
Profile
- 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting
- English C1
- Change Management and excellent stakeholder management
- Leadership skills
- Experience in working in an environment of change involving people, process, policy and technology
- Ability to positively influence team morale.
- Take ownership of designated tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Chartered Accountant/ACCA - nice to have
