Senior RTR Expert with Italian (m/f)
Currently, our client migrates accounting processes to Business Center placed in Kraków and because of that they are looking for Senior RTR Expert with Italian that will standardize RTR processes.

Our Client is a global manufacturing company with advanced engineering solution. Their Group has stable position on the market with international footprint. It's a strategic direction at present, to standardise processes and optimize them across the countries. In their worldwide structures exist regional centres among which Polish unit is the biggest one.
Description
- Reconciling account balances and bank statements, maintaining general ledger and preparing month-end close procedures
- Ensure month-end and year-end close processes are done on time and with a high level of quality
- Assist with tax audits and tax returns
- Analyze financial discrepancies/variances and recommend effective resolutions
- Respond to accounting inquiries from management in a timely fashion.
- Monitor expenditures, analyze revenues and determine budget variances and report the same to management
- Member of a small, motivated, agile team transitioning and transforming operations moving from Italy into Krakow
- Work to optimize and improve the current processes and R2R Operations
Profile
- At least 3 years of experience in RTR area
- Excellent analytical skills with a thorough knowledge of accounting principles to analyze financial reports and forecasts
- Experience and understanding of Italian accounting, IFRS, Corporate tax and indirect tax (VAT)
- Hands-on experience with accounting software packages/ERP - good command of SAP is an asset
- Full proficient English and Italian
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Result-oriented and "problem solving" mind.
