For our Client – international organisation MARS Global Services based in centre of Poznań we are currently looking for experienced Candidate for the position of Senior Record to Report Accountant with English. Mars Financial Services is a part of Mars Incorporated with popular brands like M&M's, Twix, Milky Way, Snickers, Whiskas, Pedigree, Royal Canin, Orbit.
The key responsibilities are:Perform accounting operations in Record To Report Area (General Accounting, Fixed Assets, Intercompany) with high quality and efficiency (daily and period close activities); Identify, analyze and implement process improvements in operations, reports and KPIs; Partner with the Customer Business Units, maintaining regular communication to deliver KPIs, improvements, projects, acting as one team; Perform, analyze and design controls and reports for internal and external audit; Participate, lead or support projects in the area of digitalization, automation, and analytics; Participate in transitions of new units to the center, and other international projects.
As ideal Candidate for this role will hold: preferably university degree in economics or business administration with major in accounting/ finance; relevant working experience; ideally experience in SAP; high attention to detail; excellent communication skills will be required; fluency in English - written and spoken is a must.
