Senior Reporting and Analysis Expert
We are currently looking for a Senior Accountant with special expertise in Reporting and Analysis in HFM, AI, BI mainly. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting all stakeholders on all reporting and analysis to be performed across the specific entities for Month End Close preparation and reporting and also drives automation and simplification for them.

Our client is an international company that decided to open its SSC in Prague in Czech Republic. They are a leader in their sector, and they are creating new teams of experts in the accounting area.
Description
- Being a key expert all Reporting and Analysis requirements, training and support of department, users and documentation of all established tools and features
- Establishing common reporting tools and basis files for required analysis and provide in depth system expertise to the stakeholders
- Standardizing and optimizing given reports, supporting the automation of the end-to-end activities in the R2R processes
- Providing analysis and support on ad hoc requests to improve quality of reported numbers
- Ensuring accurate and timely month-end reporting
- Developing automated controls and supporting the process of establishing and implementing preventative controls and analysis
- Developing subject matter expertise to provide guidance across the organization
- Supporting internal and external Audits including SOX Testing and internal controls
- Ensuring documentations (Guidelines, Manuals) are complete and up-to-date
- Supporting group wide finance projects
Profile
- Higher education in business administration or equivalent finance specific degree, CPA/ACCA
- Solid knowledge of R2R/GL process
- Experience in a multinational corporation desirable
- Strong Accounting Knowledge, US Gaap and SOX
- Key User of SAP, HFM, BI
- Expertise in implementing AI
- Fluent English, knowledge of any other European language will be an asset
- Effective time management, organization, and prioritization skills
