For one of our Client, global leading engineered company located in Kraków, we are looking for Senior Regulatory Counsel.
Your new role
Working as Senior Regulatory Counsel in Compliance team, you will develop of in-house expertise on contracts, supporting existing internal precedent programme. Moreover you will provide legal compliance advise to support the implementation of a risk-based, proportionate compliance framework of policies and procedures, draft commercial contracts, develop policies for the company's approach to relevant regulatory issues. Daily contact and cooperation with company's legal team will be also part of your job.
What you'll need to succeed
You are the successful candidate if you have admitted solicitor in the United Kingdom with at least 3 year's professional experience in top UK company, significant, direct and practical knowledge of the application of UK corporate law and regulation, moreover proven experience in the design, execution and resolution of the internal investigations.
Experience of interaction with city advisers, such as investment bankers, brokers and accountant, and the issues that arise for corporate with them is also highly required.
