Your new role
- Collaboration with Managers, to understand the hiring needs and goals
- Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers and report to facilitate effective recruiting
- Conduct pre-screen calls, interviews and candidate reference checks
- Lead end to end recruitment process
- Handle all aspects of sourcing and recruitment process for positions across different locations
- Manage dashboards for recruitment and performance metrics
- Identify optimal sourcing strategies
What you'll need to succeed
- Fluency in English is required
- Experience in conducting full cycle recruitment processes and experience in sourcing for 3-4 years
- Experience in SSC will be a plus
- Experience in recruiting in the area of finances, banking.
