On behalf of our Client, a new business support center for a medical company, we are currently looking for the Candidate to hold the position of Senior Recruiter working internally in the Warsaw office.
On this position you will take the full responsibility for the hiring plan within the company, you will build a pipeline of the Candidates for open positions, you will communicates with candidates, schedules meetings, interviews candidates and provides feedback. Also, you will be engaged into recruitment initiatives like employer branding and onboarding.
We are looking for the Candidates with experience in end-to-end recruitment process in SSC environment gained within agency, RPO or internal. Impeccable English skills and the ability to build strong relationship with the Candidates and Hiring Managers is a must. Knowledge of German or French will be an asset.
