For our client who is a luxury Swiss brand that has its global center in the Gdańsk/Tricity, we are looking for Senior Recruiter who speaks very good German and French.
Your new role
You will be responsible for performing high quality talent acquisition process together with other HR stakeholders, delivering best in class HR Service support to HR communities, business managers and employees, oversee accurate and timely processing of information with all stakeholders and in all systems and execute talent acquisition processes according to the defined KPIs, policies, guidelines and procedures. Initially you will also be part of the transition project team, partly working in European and playing a key role in capturing and documenting knowledge to ensure stable high quality process delivery.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate for this role should have at least 2-year experience in end-t-end recruitment process management, experience with recruiting tools and HR systems (Workday is a plus), experience in approaching passive candidates. A person in this position should also have excellent cooperation skills, ability to communicate and explain procedures and solution proposals to partners and fluency in French and German and English.
