We are looking for candidates for whole recruitment structure: Team Leader, Recruiter and Junior Recruiter. Team will recruit mostly for accounting and payroll roles for offices in Katowice and Warsaw.

Description
Build and manage the recruitment team (Team Lead)
Active sourcing of candidates
Manage full cycle recruitment process
Cooperate and build relations with Hiring Managers
Ensure recruitment strategies to attract and hire talent
Develop consultative and constructive relationships with business stakeholders
Profile
Relevant experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition
Very good knowledge of English
Knowledge of best recruitment practices
Ability to work under pressure and in dynamic environment
Great interpersonal skills
