- 5+ years of experience in project group leadership

The senior R&D manager will be the lead in new product development efforts. The bulk of the focus will be on medical devices and the improvement of formulation and packaging of medicinal products. You will be part of the R&D project lead group and report directly to the CSO.Responsibilities
You will lead the innovative projects, in a surrounding where you get to express and execute your ideas. You keep track of ongoing projects where you also contribute on a technical level. Furthermore, you keep all stakeholders involved, make sure all contributors keep aligned so projects run smoothly.You are also part in defining strategies to engage with the OTC market; which makes experience in that field a must.
Requirements
- PhD in pharmacy, chemistry, biochemical engineering or similar- 5+ years of experience in project group leadership
- Strong R&D mentality with focus on bringing product to the market
- Fluent in English
- Strong affinity with consumer healthcare products
