Role Description

As the new compliance officer, you deliver proactive support to working departments and projects where it is quality. You will also contribute to the optimization of the quality system. Another important part of your work will be assessing and authorizing procedures, deviations, changes and validation documentation. And.. do you like audits? Because carry out internal and external audits will also be a part of the job! At last but not least.. You also need to report to the QA Manager.

Hands-on mentality is very handy for this dynamic job...

Responsibilities

Our client expect the senior compliance officer to have a working and thinking level and a completed education in a technical, biomedical or process-technological direction. The education gives an indication of your way of processing information and bring it to action, but not only is the education important also the experience you have in with GMP counts! A minimum of five years experiences with GMP is required. Knowledge of engineering, production processes and / or fulfilling the QA role in projects is an advantage.

Requirements

The core competences of our client are: customer orientation, result orientation, cooperation and quality orientation. For this position the competences of expertise, judgment, persuasiveness and a good oral presentation are mainly important. Also is it a plus if you have an hands-on mentality, if you know how to get insight about the character of people and if you are solution-oriented. You will communicate during this position with CEO and Operations Managers so good communications is a must. You also must be able to lead, to eight man to who you will give instructions and directions. Knowledge of Sigma and Lean is an advantage. A real people-manager is the profile of the candidate they search.

Because our client want you to grow with their ambitions. As compliance officer you can count on a good salary (max. € 6,229.09 for 40 hours); in addition, you will receive a 13th month.
