Senior Python Developer
Location: Remote PolandTeam Description
We develop software used at multiple AMD sites around the world that helps AMD's developers to deliver their cutting-edge CPU, APU and graphics products. Luxoft Gdansk branch supports massive systems that improve the productivity of the whole in areas including DevOps, Advanced Web-Based Tools, Test Automation as well as Project, Release, and Change Management solutions. We develop across full stack from infrastructure, containers, databases to REST APIs and front-end applications using latest technologies and development tools.
Project DescriptionThe project you'll be working on is internal solution to manage project management office, meaning project costs, avaliable resources, gantt chart, future plans and revenue calculation. Knowledge about project management or popular tools for such purposes (to name a few: Jira, AzureDevops, MS Project) is a big plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- develop and maintain .NET backend applications
- make architectural decisions about your project
- prepare unit and functional tests
- design automations and scripts in Python
SKILLS
MUST
- 2+ year experience with Python language
- working experience with.NET 4.6 or .NET Core
- 2+ year experience with unit and functional testing
- experience with writing and extending RestAPI services
- knowledge of SQL, understanding of relational databases
- ability to work with minimal supervision
- ability to adapt quickly to an existing, complex environment
- fluent in both written and spoken English (C1 or above)
NICE TO HAVE
- experience with using EF or EF Core ORM
- interest in front-end technologies is be a plus
- understanding and hands-on experience with defect tracking, project management tools and wikis
