THE COMPANY

Our client is a professional Pharmaceutical organization, based in Noord-Brabant Netherlands.

You will be working at one of the early pioneers in the biopharmaceutical industry.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

As Senior Project Manager (BMS) you will manage the execution of the upgrade of site BMS installations from order to completion and manages collection of minor HVAC refurbishment/repair projects across the site, from sourcing to installation.

concepts, theories and standards of technical/scientific field
• Knowledge of project management specialty area and related regulatory/ business industry considerations, compliance issues and/or
scientific discovery
• Developing own project management techniques
• Broad technical knowledge within own specialty area

• Works under minimal direction
• Refers to technical standards, principles, theories and precedents as needed
• Sets project and operational timeframes, objectives and priorities based on project objectives
• Recognises and escalates problems timely
• Independently develops thorough solutions determines practical approach to projects and functional objectives
• Responsible for specific projects or programs

RESPONSIBILITIES

Position Specific Tasks
• Be the single point of project management contact for the projects
• Develop and manage the project program
• Develop project tools and apply best project management practices
• Act as a liaison between senior management, maintenance engineering, IS, production, PD and QA to ensure multiple projects are performed timely,
correctly and within the procedural and regulatory compliancy
• Own, lead and coordinate project meetings with key stakeholders
• Manage work scope, preparation, approvals on project work activities before processing through the project work stream for execution
• Update project forecast each month in line with project sponsor and financial requirements.
• Provide full technical management of the project - directly or facilitated through the technical team.
• Manage the site activities
• Provide Safety and Quality requirements for the project including Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
• Support to the bid process, as required by the Commercial Department, providing input on project timescales.
• Developing and maintaining key customer relationships.
• Work to existing procedures and assist in setting and establishing new operating procedures.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum: HBO relevant education or the equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g.: building management, mechanical/HVAC
engineering, automation/electronics engineering)
• Minimum: Typically 3-5 years project management experience in a manufacturing, maintenance, facilities, engineering, construction or similar
environment
• Expert technical project management skills and proven supervisory skills.
• Experience within Building Management System (BMS) Controls (e.g: Johnson Controls, Siemens)
• Experience with HVAC installations
• Good understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices and Lean principles
