For our Client, an international, Scandinavian manufacturing Company we are currently searching for an experienced, innovative and passionate (about both his work and other people) Engineer, who will joint its matrix structure at the newly established (in Poznań) position of Senior Project Engineer (HVAC).
As Senior Project Engineer you will be a part of global team dedicated to international (greenfield as well) projects; your role will be to contribute to investment projects carrier out by whole Group, in the range of following areas: management / coordination / carrying out mentioned projects (starting from first, conceptual stage, through design, negotiations and contracts’ finalising with external companies, ending up with machines’ installation and new lines’ start – up supervision). The scope of daily duties will include also taking into account all engineering aspects (example: environmental, running cost, maintenance, sustainability) and ensuring efficient follow-up on budget as well.
In order to feel comfortable at such senior and independent position, you need to have technical background (accomplished mechanical/environmental engineering faculty) and minimum 5 years of professional experience in the range of: project management, construction, modernisation and maintenance of HVAC installations.
Due to international environment of everyday work, fluency in English is a must.
Being a part of global team, the Candidate should be able to both work independently (supervisor may be located abroad) and cooperate with other engineers as well. As this role will be some kind of link between different Company’s manufacturing sites and different departments involved in each project, great communication skills and readiness to visit different Company’s manufacturing sites are crucial at this position.
