Your new role
We are currently looking for Candidates for the challenging Senior Brand Manager role, to be based in the Warsaw office, being responsible for brand management in CEE markets. Senior Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing brand plans and consumer engagement activities to ensure that Brand objectives are achieved. He or She will also ensure plans are aligned with Brand Portfolio, Consumer Space and Brand strategies; lead the definition of brand vision, strategy, positioning and marketing mix; develop and implement local marketing mix elements (promotion, price management and distribution); manage budget, as well as employ innovation in products and processes in order to achieve competitive advantage.
What do you need to besuccessful
We are looking for Candidates with 3+ years of relevant brand management experience gained at reputable and progressive FMCG companies (Trade Marketing experience would be an advantage), with expertise in the following areas: Brand strategy development, Brand positioning, Product development, Consumer engagement, Brand programme development. We expect fluency in English and excellent communication and negotiations skills, as well as business awareness and sense of ownership and independence.
