For our Client, Mars Commercial Services, located in Poznań, we are currently searching for a passionate Candidates, who will join its structure at the position of Senior Procurement Specialist with Russian - Indirects.
This job is responsible for delivering Procure to Pay service for CIS region. As such, this person will be responsible for CIS transition to central Europe and later on will be the MCS main point of contact for the Buying community and area of expertise providing process coordination and support within Indirects.
The person on this position will be mainly responsible for drive automated processes, such as catalogue. The role includes leadership of a variety of tasks and projects as well as day-to-day handling of a wide variety of client queries in an efficient way. The role would lead help desk activities, conduct end user training and drive projects, provide support to Buyers and work efficiently with a wide range of internal clients.
To apply for this position you need at least 2 year experience within Master data, AP, Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance environment ideally in SSC. University degree preferred – especially within in Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Economics, International Business. Our Client is searching for a person who has good communication and interpersonal skills, excellent planning and organizational skills and excellent attention to detail. Due to multinational environment fluent of both spoken and written English and Russian are must. Additionally SAP knowledge is desired.
