We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client's behalf for a person in the following role:

 

Senior Process Consultant – Operations Transformation & Process Excellence

Location: Kraków

 

The purpose of the Senior Process Consultant is to manage the end-to-end process re-engineering / improvement activities that will achieve a measurable change to the organization. Primarily, the SPC will be responsible for managing and executing a significant process re-engineering effort within one of the 5 transformation programmes as well as support the Centre Director & Site VPs to build & help execute the book of work locally, aligned to the 5 Transformation Programs. The SPC works at the portfolio level and will be typically accountable for delivering either the re-engineering work stream goals of a wider business transformation programme or a complex re-engineering project impacting global sites as well as GSC Krakow.

 

Key Accountabilities:

Operate at a management level, working across global business and regions and helping the Operations Transformation & process excellence Leadership Team to maintain a global perspective on business transformation and re-engineering efforts,

Ensure reengineered processes are revisited on a regular basis to validate process optimization practices and ensure on-going value realization is tracked,

Focus on the end customer (i.e. creating a better customer experience and reengineering processes end to end),

Management and control of one complex global re-engineering project / re-engineering work stream, as part of a wider business transformation and deliver business benefits through Re-engineering,

Work within a 12-16 weeks’ timescale for reengineering projects and ensuring designs are translated into implementation,

Anticipate issues and risks and address them quickly, with an understanding of the critical path. Contemplate contingencies and develop strategies to manage risks,

Provide timely reports on process re-engineering project / programme status, risks and issues, evaluating performance based on management information,

Build and sustain trusting relationships with internal customers by consistently delivering value-add consultancy services and design and deliver the most beneficial solutions,

Use key relationships and knowledge of business strategy, trends and key events to identify new consulting engagements.

Collaborate with other enablers & teams ie Automation, IT, HR, Finance, Operation Transformation Program Office to drive Global and local re-engineering initiatives.

 

Requirements:

5+ years of experience working on process reengineering initiatives in complex organizations,

Graduate or postgraduate degree in Science, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field,

Be able to demonstrate strong business knowledge and sound business sense and stay abreast of all industry trends within business and technology,

Demonstrate effective financial skills to develop a detailed business case, including investments, detailed benefits (financial, non-financial and strategic) and link to overall finances of the business,

Have a working knowledge of IT hardware, software, operations and networks,

Proven experience and application in process variability reduction (DMAIC) and waste reduction (LEAN, Kaizen) principles,

Track record of execution on Six Sigma projects to successful completion,

Lead process design activities and provide high-level strategic steer on design (using customer centric experience),

Good facilitation skills and experience in managing stakeholder requirements / design sessions,

Good knowledge of Program and Project management framework.

Six Sigma Black Belt certification required.
