As a Senior Portfolio Project Manager you will be responsible for:
What you'll need to succeed
As an ideal Candidate you must be experienced as a PMO or Business Manager in global distributed teams within IT department. Besides, you should have good understanding of Project Management methodologies/approaches (i.e. Prince2), experience in stakeholder management, strong experience of running PM tool gate process. Strong experience with Excel (Pivot tables, macros), PowerPoint, Sharepoint and PM application packages such as Clarity will be also required form you. Fluent English is a must.

Your new role
As a Senior Portfolio Project Manager you will be responsible for:
- Building relationships with the PPM community and be seen as the go-to person for all things related to the Portfolio and the way projects should be run and advise on dilemmas regarding projects etc.
- Regular reporting and tracking across key projects, programme & portfolio across group for various committees and mgt meetings.
- Maintaining adherence and compliance to Technology / internal governance standards and requirements across portfolios.
- Manage the toll gate process to ensure consistent delivery and tracking of projects/Program/Portfolio delivery.
- Managing stakeholders and creating / maintaining good working relationships and be seen as trusted advisor.
- Participate in design and production of “Professional Standard” reporting decks with ongoing production ownership.
- Reporting decks to be produced with value added analytics and commentary
