Senior Plant/Manufacturing Analyst

If you are analytical mind who knows how to find common ground with plant and FP&A team with min. 3 years of manufacturing controlling experience we are looking for YOU!
Workplace: WARSAW
You will be responsible for:
- Manage all financial functions of the plant including cyclical and ad-hoc reporting requirements
- Provide reliable and on time all financial data, including costing of products, budgeting, productivity and capital management, sourcing analysis, cost accounting, benchmarking, key performance tracking, internal controls
- Reporting, controlling and planning factory part in P&L
- Maintain and upgrade financial controlling tools and measurements – recommendations
- Support local plant management to successfully execute the production strategy and commitments
- Maintain strong internal controls in order to comply with the company's procedures, country statutory and tax regulations
- Drive initiatives to improve internal processes, inventory controllership and product line profitability
- Drive the budgeting process and analyze all variances of actual results from forecasts
We will pay attention to:
- 5 years of plant controlling experience
- Master degree in finance
- Profound knowledge of controlling of production costs
- Work experience in multinational company
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Experience in using big ERP tools
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Hands-on mentality and strong interest in manufacturing operations
