We are looking for a Senior Payroll Officer to join a Shared Services Center structure based in Warsaw.

Responsibilities:
Deliver daily HR, Payroll and benefits administration
Processing changes in employment lifecycle (e.g. hires, terminations, organizational changes, maternity and paternity leaves etc.)
Conducting the payroll processes, including payroll transaction processing, reconciliation and reporting
Responding to payroll queries from HR/employees/external auditors/vendor
Assisting HR Business Partners/Managers/team members within the HR tool or local and global Payroll policies
Participating in improvement processes
Requirements:
Fluent French language and very good command of English
Interests in payroll tax laws, processes and policies
Professional experience in an international Payroll (French Payroll will be huge advantage)
Proficiency in MS Office products (especially in Excel)
Knowledge of Workday or other payroll systems preferred
Strong analytical skills
