Senior Oracle/ETL Developer

Working on this position you will be involved in business requirements analysis, designing and programming Data Warehouse in Group Business Support Services IT (GBSS IT) team.
GBSS IT provides large number of IT applications built on diverse tools and technologies to support GBSS services. In addition, various transformation and innovation initiatives within GBSS require huge involvement of GBSS IT.
Responsibilities:
- Requirements analysis together with business.
- Facilitate the formulation of requirements by providing optimal data models, advising in data requirements specification, advising in systems architecture and designing, etc.
- Designing and developing database structures based on the requirements.
- Designing and developing the most optimal data flows among systems.
- Assuring architectural consistency of the data models and interfaces across the systems
- Support the reporting team in aligning data models and interfaces to the team’s needs, support reports optimization.
- Support testing, test automation and data quality improvement process.
- Support existing and new queries optimization.
- Support database performance improvement.
- Support knowledge transfer and knowledge transfer documentation.
Requirements:
- Strong command and experience on SQL and PL/SQL
- Strong command and experience on Oracle database (including DDL, DML, DCL, TCL, data modelling, query optimization, database instance tuning, at least 5 years’ experience)
- Strong command and experience on ETL processing (preferably Informatica Powercenter), interfaces designing and development, integration (at least 3 years’ experience)
- Experience in requirements specification and business analysis.
- Ability to work concurrently on a number of different topics and to be able to change focus quickly as needed.
