Our client is a professional Pharmaceutical organization, based in Antwerpen Belgium.

Het bedrijf biedt meer dan 30 jaar ervaring in farmaceutische fabricage, formulering, technische overdrachten en analytische testen.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
Ze zijn op zoek naar een teamleider / supervisor operator! Je zult hun team van 30 operators leiden en ervoor zorgen dat alles goed gaat. Ook een van uw taken is validatie. U neemt tijdelijk de plaats in van de huidige supervisor operator, die met zwangerschapsverlof is.
Tot het einde van maart, maar zal worden verlengd!
RESPONSIBILITIES
Uw verantwoordelijkheden zijn het leiden van het team van 30 operators en het omstellen van verpakkingslijnen. Met uw green belt of black belt kijk je naar de efficiëntie van het proces.
REQUIREMENTS
- bachelor of Master in de farmaceutische industrie of engineering
- Bij voorkeur 8+ jaar ervaring
- Ervaring met het aansturen van operators
- Ervaring met verpakkingslijnen
- Ervaring met validatie
- green belt of black belt (Pre)
