For our client,international FMCG company we are currently looking for Candidates for position NPD Senior Manager.Company is located in Malta.
Person employed on this positionis going to be responsible for leading the Product Development pipeline, ensuring collaboration with many departments, managing projects from conceptualization to the industrial execution. Moreover, the person on this position will be responsible for leading the knowledge database, planning and conducting research and developmental activities. Has capability of deducting conclusions from consumers reports and make sure lean goods’ design is applied through the entire production process.
Expectations towards Candidates aremin. 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, desirably in R&D area . Fluent English is a must, food and beverage industry experience is essential. Strong analytical, organizational, decision making skills and excellent communication abilities, including ability to give effective presentations. Capability of cooperating in international organization, having innovative, flexible and adaptable attitude.
