Our client is a professional Biotechnology organization, based in Zuid-Holland Netherlands.
The company is a global end-to-end diagnostics company in a specific field.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As the Senior manager you will lead a group of RA managers and officers that are responsible for all European regulatory affairs in a diverse field. The role demands strong networking skills and the capability to guide your group in a complex field. The position is mainly onsite but still requires a travel load of 30%.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- 5 direct reports
- Globally interact with peers
- Liaise with the different agencies within the EMEA area
- Lead and support your local team
- Guide the process of entering new markets
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years in a Regulatory affairs setting
- Background in pharmaceuticals, medical devices or diagnostics (preferrably a combination)
- Strong international network
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Multilingual is an asset
