- Ensure GMP & GDP compliance and provide training
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures
- Improvement of processes
- Provide a system for managing and reviewing Product Quality Reviews for local products
Implementation of Quality Management System (QMS):
- Market release
- QP certification
- GDP compliance of the distribution centers
- Ensure quality with regard to complaints and recalls
- Develop and maintain systems for Change control, deviations and CAPAs
Other responsibilities:
Manage Critical Quality Incidents, ensure permanent authorities inspection readiness, Business support, manage and lead the quality team and support the company's Quality Strategic Business initiatives.
- 2 - 4 years of experience as a Quality Manager/QP in a pharmaceutical organization
- Knowledge and experience with government regulations
- Understanding of GMP & GxP regulations
- Experience with developing and implementing of Quality Systems
- MS Office
- Good communication skills in English
- Result-driven
- Good in solving problems
- Quick learner
- Stress resistant
- Teamplayer and able to communicate with all levels within the organization
- Management skills

- Good communication skills in English
