The Online Sales and Operations team keeps Google growing and profitable, dedicated to supporting the company’s growing base of advertisers, publishers and users in more than 40 languages on a global basis, and providing them with the highest levels of service. We are also responsible for generating revenue from a broad range of products such as AdWords, AdSense, Gmail and Google Earth. This means that OSO team members need to be proactive, motivated, organised, responsible – and able to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

We currently have various management career opportunities within the team. These are operational roles, managing a team of client service coordinators, as well as helping to grow revenue as outlined above. If you are extremely proactive, motivated, organised, responsible, and work well within a fast-paced group, this might be an exciting avenue to explore!

Requirements:

• University degree or equivalent required. (MBA and/or consulting experience a plus)
  
• Significant experience growing and leading a team of people
  
• Proven track record of success in previous work experience
  
• Experience working within an international operation would be an advantage
