For our Client, well-known international company located in Krakow, we are currently looking for a
person interested in the position of a Senior Management Information Analyst.
Your new role
Working on this position you will provide accurate and timely management information to senior
management and HSBC Group including branch, product, cost analysis, customer level for lines of
business (corporate, retail, global markets). You will maintain HMI (HSBC Management Information
system) across Europe and develop strong working relationships with other finance teams and
business area representatives. Moreover, you will standardize processes to improve efficiencies
within the team and support in investigating and communicating significant variances on a timely
basis. As a Senior Management Information Analyst you will complying with internal procedures and
rules of control. Additionally, you will undertake and complete all Rolling Operating Plan (ROP)
requirements. You will model data to provide scenarios on assumptions provided and produce ad-hoc
MI analysis as required.
What you'll need to succeed
An ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of professional work experience in finance department, preferably in MI production from database systems and relevant university degree. Moreover, we are looking for candidates with in-depth knowledge of the banks systems / structures (TM1, Cognos) and MS Office (in particular Excel, VBA will be a plus). In order to be relevant candidate you need to possess strong analytical ability, tenacity and sound commercial judgement. Due to work in international environment, we are searching for candidates with very good English knowledge. Moreover, we are looking for candidates able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
