Description
- Autonomously manage the customer business (in charge of all categories)
- Bargaining agreements with customers
- Govern the team of KAMs and Sales Specialists
- Build partnerships and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners
- Participate on creating Customer's business plan.
- Lead the Customer to use trade funds to achieve sustainable volume growth.
- Employ Customer's specifics knowledge for reliable input to company initiative planning.
- Lead the deployment of multifunctional resources and funds against clearly defined Customer-specific volume and in-store presence opportunities.
- Manage day-to-day business (i.e. volume forecasting, customer reports, administration, budgets tracking etc.)
Profile
- Experience as a Key Account Manager, preferably from FMCG company, working with hypermarkets and discount and drug stores
- Experience in team management is a must
- Customer management- nice to have abilities to lead the customer
- Experience in customer acquisition and service
- Ability to create value, find customer insights and execute
- Team player, able to build partnerships fostering collaborative relationships across different departments
- Ability to work under high pressure and stress
- analytical thinking, negotiation and communication skills, prospect to influence others co-workers
- Bachelor's degree and driving license
- Very good command of English (written and spoken)
