For our Client, global FMCG company (alcohol category) with over 600-year-tradition on the global market and with over 500 brands in portfolio and 50 billion dollars revenue, I am looking for Candidates for a Senior Key Account Manager position, who would setup direct RTM and further develop hipermarket and supermarket channels in Poland.

Description

  • Leveraging new business opportunities by expanding the distribution and availability of the Client's brand portfolio in existing or into new customers (modern trade and traditional trade);
  • Strengthening the strategic partnership with local customers;
  • Increasing market share and profitability;
  • Setup relations directly with modern trade and traditional trade customers (scope: full country);
  • Ensuring perfect execution across all channels;
  • P&L responsibility and analysis, debit management;
  • PDCA analysis and identification of opportunity/gaps;
  • Developing of acceleration and investment plans while ensuring ROI;
  • Intensifying the strategic partnership with local partners;
  • Executing of distribution and/or license agreement.

Profile

  • Minimum 5-year-experience in KAM role for FMCG company within the beverage/alcohol/brewery industry;
  • Preferably commercial and international experience with business degree preferred with specific Commercial education;
  • Enterpreneurial mindset/ growth mindset/ ability to think outside of the box/ creativity;
  • Fluent English and Polish;
  • Budget management, financial understanding and P&L management;
  • Communication skills, negotiation tactics and skills;
  • Team-oriented, ownership understanding and high motivation to address challenges as opportunities;
  • Market research and insights tools.
