We are setting up new teams for cutting edge retail platform, the future of shopping. Would you like to participate in innovation that we will all use in close future? You would be responsible for the entire development and support process for part of platform.
Teams will be self-organized with focus on delivery with high quality. Team will be in charge of taken over part of system. You will have to take a business problem and come up with the technical strategy (push vs pull etc, real time vs batches, sync vs async) within the team, high level design and lead the implementation. We also expect proactivity and driving process improvements.

- Experience with high performing solutions,
- Scrum experience,
- Strong understanding of CI/CD approach,
- SOLID principles,
- Identifying design patterns in code,
- Writing clean, maintainable code,
- Experience in profiling and optimizing the code,
- Good communication skills.

- Fast and easy scaling up solutions,
- CI/CD tools,
- Cloud: AWS/Azure/Docker.
