You will be responsible for:
- Conducting the whole cycle of recruitment processes in line with the current needs of the company: building and updating database of candidates, coordinating recruitment processes, sourcing candidates, direct search, building talent pools.
- Processing HR documentation based on legal requirements.
- Ensuring that all the processes are carried out in accordance with agreed standards.
- Employer branding activities, campus recruitment events and creating the company's image as an Employer.
- Managing onboarding process.
- Regular and ad-hoc reporting, analysis and/or statistics.
Your required profile:
- At least 3-4 years of experience in recruitments (preferred in SSC/BPO sector).
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Sociology or related area.
- Excellent knowledge of sourcing channels.
- Good communication in English, desire level at least B2.
- Knowledge of the local labor market.
- Very good communication and negotiation skills.
- Very good operational and organizational skills.
- Ability to generates solutions independently, based on analytical skills & business knowledge.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Multicultural understanding.
- Nice to have good knowledge of Polish Labour and Immigration Law.
