Your new role
We are looking for Senior IT Supporter. As a part of IT-Helpdesk Team you will be the valuable first point of contact for end-users. You will be responsible for resolving user incidents, monitor and maintain IT systems and more. You will have the practical responsibility to proactively explore possibilities and implement them. Your main tasks will be:
- coordinating work of your junior colleagues
- coordinating Ticket system and assigning tasks to right person
- global 1st and 2nd line support on all company systems
- IT request handling via phone, e-mail, Skype or in person
- incident solving regarding internal systems and hardware-related issues
- communication with stakeholders on request and incident status
- ensuring that all Helpdesk processes are documented and knowledge is shared in department
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for:
- candidate with 3+ years of experience from a related It position
- candidate experienced with Microsoft Windows Server 2012/16/19, Microsoft Windows 10, Microsoft SQL, Azure, AD as well as Microsoft Office 365 applications
- experience with Citrix
- fluent in English, you will be working in international environment
