On behalf of our Client, renowned international company located in Gdāsk, we are urgently seeking Candidates for the position of Senior IT Specialist.
Your new role
You will be responsible for IT operations processes fulfillment : IT availability, workplace, infrastructure and continuity areas. Moreover, your daily duties will contains tracking and maintaining incoming email requests and IT ticketing system (mainly on 2 level). You will be also responsible for ensuring if IT Security scope area covered. In this position you will cooperate closely with to IT Business Partner and have an opportunity to grow to this role.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will have a good knowledge of recent technology trends in IT operations area as well as of mobile market/ solution. An ideal Candidate should be familiar with IT infrastructure (hardware/software) and LAN/WAN networks. What is more our client puts attention to soft skills - ability to build formal and informal professional networking to enable the development of collaborative solutions towards business partners. Fluent English and University degree are required.
