We are looking for experienced Senior Project Manager.

• The EMEA Project Manager is an important role that supports strategic execution and maximizes business value through the delivery of projects which align to company’s business goals and strategies.
• An experienced Project Manager is required to lead, drive and support projects and changes within the EMEA region. The Project Manager will join the EMEA Program office and internal consulting team, working on a wide range of programs and projects (of varying sizes) covering a variety of strategic initiatives and business processes, technology (IT and Automation), Products and Proposition projects and change management activities.
• The Project Manager will also act in a Consultancy capacity and be a Trusted Advisor to the business. They will help drive the organization’s strategic agenda and assist in developing business needs into propositions. They must have experience influencing and working with Senior Executives.
• Works with the EMEA Program Manager’s and EMEA Program Office Lead
• Must be fully experienced in delivery of the end-to-end project management life cycle
• Accountable for working with local teams to deliver regional / global project(s).
• Comfortable working in both agile and waterfall projects.
• Business Case creation and support
• Conduct feasibility studies to determine project success criteria and appropriate solution to problem.
• Responsible for facilitating EMEA Steering Committees and working with country project teams to ensure priorities are consistently deployed and measured within country.
• Dependency management within projects, benefits and BAU.

We are looking for experienced Senior Project Manager.
- Location: 100% remote
- Form of cooperation: B2B contract
- Rates: 150-190 pln/h net + vat (negotiable, depends on experience)
- Project: Personal data transfer - building sustainable model (people, process, technology) to continue using of personal data.
Requirements:
- + 7 years previous experience within a similar role with evidence of successful delivery of IT and business change outcomes
- + 5 years of experience in leading compliance/regulatory projects
- University degree education or relevant professional qualifications and experience
- Demonstrable experience of working and delivering large business projects and programmes across major organizations delivering organizational wide change
- Strong experience presenting to executive sponsors and demonstrated communication skills; both written and oral with technical and non-technical staff, all levels of management
- Experience influencing and gaining buy-in from Executive sponsors, third parties, team members, stakeholders and peers
- Experience of delivering demonstrable continual improvement
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to new environments and lead and drive change.
