On behalf of our Client, international company located in Krakow, we are currently looking for Senior IT Business Analyst.
Your new role
Holding this position, you will be responsible for leading detailed analysis to drive out business requirements and translate complex concepts into engaging propositions that are aligned to global strategies. You will work closely collaborate with the Product Owners, Product Managers and Development teams as well as the business and stakeholders. You will bridging the gap between SMEs from products, propositions, markets, business and delivery teams. Also, you will source and interpret data and insights to underpin the feasibility and design of features and functions. Moreover, important part would be leading creation of business and technical epics and writing user stories with robust acceptance criteria using BDD/TDD. You will work in an Agile environment and Scrum teams to deliver more features faster.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful candidate you must hold several years of relevant experience as IT Business Analyst in software development area with experience in managing a team leading requirements activity to support the delivery of products and features across regions/markets. You must have experience in Agile/ Scrum and LEAN thinking environment. It is also required to have experience with relevant systems e.g. JIRA, Confluence, APIs, AEM. Also, you need to hold strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to details. Having international experience with different cultures (North America, LATAM, Middle East, Asia Pacific and Europe) would be highly appreciated. Due to work in international environment you need to hold fluent English language skills.
