Your new role will be to
- Ensure ISS to get the best Talents to deliver on business objectives and serve internal / external customers according to ISS value proposition, supporting strategic goals
- Embed effective and efficient talent acquisition processes
- Support the area of internal mobility of Talents, ensure transparency and fairness in the process
- Actively and constantly support the Employer branding activities in respective markets
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven track record in talent acquisition for all groups of employees and managers across multiple geographical locations, with strong focus on Financial, Operational and Commercial roles
- Experienced in working with different types of psychometrical testing, assessment centers and various types of interviews
- Strong collaborator and strong result orientation
- Experience from Global Matrix organizations
- Fluent English proficiency (oral and in written form)
- Dominant traits include being driven and self motivated, structured and systematic and oriented towards cooperation with numerous stakeholders. Feeling a strong ownership of the process and delivery, proactive approach.
