For our Client – international organisation operating in IT sector – we are looking for an experienced Candidates for the position of Senior Internal Auditor.
Person on this position will perform risk-based audit work to ensure that company assets and results are properly recorded in accordance with accounting standards, will perform Japanese Sarbanes Oxley (J-SOX) compliance within reviews in EMEA region, will support external auditors (both general audit and IT audit) when required, will ensure proper compliance (of relevant laws and rules), will support the Manager and will undertake other projects on ad hoc basis at the request of Senior Management and The Board level. Senior Internal Auditor will provide support to key business partners when required: prepare Compliance Group Presentation, support Internal Management Control Division as required and deal with other ad hoc requests.
Key Challenges are: coordinating compliance and control activities across multiple countries, adapting business support requirements as company continues to change and improve, analyzing new markets and product offerings to ensure they include adequate control environments.
Our Client is looking for an expert who has a strong understanding of internal control environments, good knowledge of IFRS and SOX (is a must), Big4 or internal audit experience min. 2-3 years, master degree in finance or similar specialization; ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA or KIBR qualification is required. Ability to speak a second language will be an asset. This person should have a critical thinking, problem-solving and risk analysis competences. Advanced computer skills, especially Excel (e.g. pivot tables, advanced macros) would be beneficial to facilitate analysis on daily basis. We are looking for a person with strong presentation skills and ability to communicate well across functions, departments and operating companies, with ability to interact effectively with key managers and with upper-level management when needed.
